At DraculaClothing, we want you to be perfectly satisfied with your gothic attire; if an item doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Initiate Your Return

Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

Package Your Items

Carefully fold the garments and place them in their original packaging, ensuring the Return Authorization number is clearly visible on the outside of the parcel.

Ship the Parcel

Send the package back to our warehouse using a tracked shipping service of your choice; please retain your tracking number until the return is processed.

Processing and Refund

Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
